HLK-LD306-24G Internet of Things millimeter wave radar module, which can be used to detect the speed of vehicle movement. It can continuously report vehicle speed information through the serial port, and is not affected by temperature, humidity, airflow, dust, noise, brightness, etc. Strong anti-interference ability, can penetrate acrylic, glass, plastic and other thin non-metal materials.

Communication configuration
485 serial port, default baud rate 9600, data bit 8, stop bit 1, no check bit. The module defaults to automatic reporting mode, which continuously reports the driving speed of the vehicle when it is powered on.

Report data information, the reporting interval can be set 60ms-2s, the default is 400ms, the word valve analysis is as follows
-Length: the number of bytes except the frame header and check byte, 0×0A, fixed byte;
-Address: 0×D3, fixed byte;
-Speed: The unit is km/h, which occupies 2 bytes, with the high order first;
-Debugging data: target debugging information, occupying 6 bytes;
-Check: Sum check, all bytes except check word threshold are sum, and the lower 8 bits are taken, occupying 1 byte.

* The module detects relative moving objects in the area, and completely stationary objects are not detected. The output result is information such as the speed of the nearest/fastest target moving relative to the detection area. * By default, continuous automatic reporting (protocol 7), if you need query mode, set the protocol type to 6, and send a hexadecimal query (55 5A 02 D3 84) command. * If the module is designed with a shell, the distance between the radar antenna surface and the shell surface is 6mm. The thickness of the shell is about 2~3mm. The shell material cannot use metal or metal-plated paint. It is recommended to use PC, plastic, steel, etc., on the back of the antenna Use metal materials.
