C1/C2 safety capacitor: 0.1uF/275Vac (filtering/safety protection/EMC certification)
L1/common mode inductance: inductance 10-30mH (test requirements: 1KHZ/0.3V current: 100-500mA), EMI filtering

1. The fuse and varistor are basic protection circuits (required).
